Is There a Specific Timeframe to Book My Appointment?
Response: You can submit your passport appointment request at your convenience. However, please note that we can’t initiate the booking process more than 14 days ahead of your planned travel date.
Do You Issue Passports?
Response: Miami Passport Services functions as a concierge service that specializes in arranging urgent passport appointments. We are not a passport agency and do not handle passport application processing.
Do I Need Medical Documentation or an Obituary?
Response: No, there’s no need for medical documentation or an obituary when booking a same-day appointment through Speedy Passports.
Is an In-Person Application Required?
Response: You must apply in person using Form DS-11 under certain circumstances, such as when applying for your first U.S. passport, for applicants under 16, for passports issued when the applicant was under 16, for lost, stolen, or damaged passports, or if the previous passport was issued over 15 years ago. If none of these conditions apply, you may be eligible for passport renewal using Form DS-82.
What If I'm Under 16?
Response: For children under 16, applying for a passport requires two parents or guardians to be present in person using Form DS-11. Both parents/guardians must authorize the child’s passport issuance. In cases where both parents/guardians can’t appear in person, Form DS-3053 must be submitted with the passport application. If one parent cannot be located, Form DS-5525, the “Statement of Exigent/Special Family Circumstances,” is applicable.

We do not accommodate product orders marked as delivered or returned undeliverable. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address upon purchase. In case of non-receipt, contact USPS directly for claims. Speedy Passports, being a third-party expedite service, does not take responsibility for processing issues, discrepancies with passport applications, rejected applications, canceled or missed appointments. A fee of $75.00 applies for appointment rescheduling.

Once your order is processed and dispatched for delivery, you’ll receive tracking information via email. It’s crucial to ensure your mailing address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen. Once your order ships, allow 3-5 business days for receipt, based on current USPS schedules.
